Description
The patented oval shape gives you an increased cooking area in a smaller footprint, making it easy to accommodate multiple foods on the grill at once. The Primo Junior also provides enough space to build a fire to one side, offering controlled indirect cooking without the need for heat deflector racks.
Primo’s innovative accessories, such as the cast iron firebox divider, elevate indirect cooking. With 210 square inches of cooking surface, the Primo Junior gives you the space to grill 8 hamburgers or smoke 4 racks of ribs at the same time.
The cooking grates have feet on one side, allowing you to place them flat on the ceramic firebox or raise them 2.5” by inverting them for more control over temperature at grate level.
The Primo Oval Junior gives you the tools to prepare everything from smoked meats like pork shoulder and brisket to roasted prime rib, baked pizzas, and perfectly grilled steaks and chops.
