TheBBQHQ, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "TheBBQHQ") provides the following warranty disclaimer regarding its own line of products:

1. Limited Warranty: TheBBQHQ warrants its own products to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one year from the date of purchase. This warranty is applicable only to products manufactured and sold by TheBBQHQ.

2. Exclusive Warranty: This warranty is exclusive and applies solely to TheBBQHQ's own products. It does not extend to products sold by other manufacturers or third-party vendors, even if they are purchased through TheBBQHQ.

3. Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, negligence, accident, modification, improper installation, unauthorized repairs, or any other circumstances beyond TheBBQHQ's control.

4. Limited Remedies: In the event of a valid warranty claim, TheBBQHQ's sole obligation and the customer's exclusive remedy shall be, at TheBBQHQ's discretion, repair, replacement, or refund of the purchase price for the defective product.

5. No Other Warranties: Except for this limited warranty, TheBBQHQ disclaims all other warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

6. No Liability for Consequential Damages: TheBBQHQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use its products, regardless of the cause of action, even if TheBBQHQ has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Proof of Purchase: Customers must retain and provide a valid proof of purchase, such as a sales receipt, when making a warranty claim.

8. Return of Defective Product: TheBBQHQ may require the return of the defective product for inspection and verification purposes before approving any warranty claim.

9. State Laws: Some states or jurisdictions do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages. Therefore, the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.

6. Modification of Disclaimer: TheBBQHQ reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this Warranty Disclaimer at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated version on our website.
