Refund Policy

General Return Policy

An item can be returned if it has not been used and it is within 60 days of the receipt of the original order. To return a product, the item must be in unused condition and in its original packaging.  Items that have been used are not eligible for a refund. Items that are received damaged, must be brought to the attention of our staff within 72 hours of arrival/pickup. Items returned in something other than the original packaging may be subject to a restocking fee or might be considered ineligible for a refund - this is up to the discretion of store management/ownership.

If there was an error on our part, call us and we will send you the correct product at no cost to you.

All Clearance items are sold “as is” and are not eligible for return.

Refund Policy
  • Returned products must be in new, unused condition and include the original box and/or packaging.

  • If you are unsatisfied with your purchase you may return the item(s) in original re-salable condition, in the original unopened packaging for a refund within 30 days of the original purchase date. You will be credited (less a 25% restocking fee and all shipping charges incurred) upon arrival, and inspection of the item(s) at our warehouse.
  • Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 24 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original payment method. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to be posted to your account.

  • You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with getting your order back to our California Location.

  • Each manufacturer has its own warranty policy. We will assist customers with their warranty and do our best to solve any issues

Warranty Returns
  • Most manufacturers offer an additional warranty period which covers against merchandise defects. To determine warranty requirements for a specific item, please contact the manufacturer or us for assistance.

  • Please note warranty processing may take up to 4-8 weeks and will be subject to the individual manufacturer's policies and discretion. Manufacturer warranties do not cover defects determined to be caused by normal wear or due to customer negligence.
