This is the standard Tel-Tru Door Thermometer for use in wood pits or pellet grills that have a welded pipe thread on the lid. It will have a portion of threading to screw into that pipe thread. All models of Yoder Smokers wood pits use this method and very early Yoder Smokers pellet grills use this method.
