The Son of a Burch is a mobile charcoal or wood-fired grill with a compact design that makes it easy to break down and transport. Its 16" grill grate allows you to cook enough for everyone, while its versatility lets you grill, smoke, bake, or just relax by a fire. Wherever you go, the SOB goes with you.

Whether you prefer charcoal or hardwood, the Son of Burch gives you the flexibility to use any wood product, including charcoal briquettes, lump charcoal, or your choice of wood.

Adjust coal or fire height without disturbing your food using the lock collar lid and pistol grip slider. Align pegs with the notches to secure the grill grate and raise it with the pistol grip for easy heat adjustments.

With nine built-in height settings along the trackster rails, you can easily raise or lower the coal bed mid-cook, giving you control over high heat for searing or low heat for smoking and baking.
