Designed for serious barbecue competitors and mobile caterers, the Yoder Smokers Cimarron Pellet Competition Smoker delivers outstanding results in a small yet powerful package. The smoker combines modern pellet grill convenience with old-school wood-fired flavor, thanks to its Adaptive Control System (ACS) and dual integrated food probes, offering an experience that mirrors traditional offset smoking.

This competition-ready smoker boasts a 26″ x 54″ cooking chamber, with two 25″ x 26.5″ main grates providing 1,325 square inches of cooking area. The slide-out second-level shelf adds 898 square inches, giving you the space needed to cook for an entire competition. A 40-pound hopper with a pellet dump feature allows you to easily change pellet flavors, making the smoker versatile and efficient for longer events.
