This 4-piece Alfa Pizza peel set features 36-inch oven tools with extra long handles to protect your hands from the heat. Includes a smaller round peel for turning food in your pizza oven, a larger peel for inserting and removing food, a brass wire cleaning brush for maintenance and cleanup, and an ember-mover to prepare the oven floor and move burning embers, ash, and wood.
