This is a second generation item and may need slight modifications. Feedback is welcome for future production units. As a prototype, there are some rough grinds, but the units are fully functional. The solid fuel smoke basket replaces your existing sear plate and provides a handle to open the lower door. Add wood, open the door to ignite, and close to smolder and add smoke.
