What are the options for getting these sweet smokers?
1. Pickup at TheBBQHQ
This is the most cost effective option. We recommend bringing a pickup truck with an open bed or rent a U-haul trailer. These smokers are deceptively heavy and will require multiple people to unload. We will help you load it at TheBBQHQ.
2. Local delivery
We have a driver that delivers locally across the Los Angeles area during the week. Please contact us for availability and cost to deliver locally. This is a curbside delivery service.
3. Palletized freight
If you are not able to pickup the smoker or qualify for us to deliver it local, we can send it via a freight carrier. Please note that freight is very expensive. Add in residential delivery with a lift gate requirement, and the price tends to jump up quickly. Curbside delivery only.

FREIGHT SHIPPING
Freight shipping costs are calculated at checkout; type in your zip code & your cost will appear before you enter payment.
NOTE: Freight shipments must be refused at time of delivery if there is damage to the item. We cannot process claims if you uncrate the item and know it was damaged at delivery. DO NOT SIGN FOR YOUR SHIPMENT UNTIL YOU INSPECT FOR DAMAGE!
- We will not ship grills to Hawaii or Alaska or anywhere else outside of the contiguous US unless we have given you a shipping quote for freight items.
- Shipping for custom orders is calculated on a case-by-case basis
- Based on freight liability and access there are certain zip codes we cannot ship to
- Freight shipments typically leave the warehouse within 1 week but sometimes take longer. We will notify you within 48 hours with a timeframe on your freight delivery if it is outside this timeframe.
